    Job Description:


    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Patient Care Associate to join our team. As a key member of our patient care staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our patients.



    Responsibilities:


    • Assist patients with menu selections and ensure that their orders comply with dietary requirements or restrictions;
    • Work closely with caregivers and culinary teams to provide menu alternatives for patients with food allergies or sensitivities;
    • Maintain accurate records of patient meal preferences and tray tickets in a timely manner;
    • Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers by providing exceptional customer service;


    Skills & Qualifications:


    To be successful as a Patient Care Associate at our organization, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also have basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in software applications relevant to patient care management.
