    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled Lead HVAC Tech to join our team at R & T Yoder HVAC, Inc. in Columbus, OH. As a Lead HVAC Tech, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems. You will also train junior team members and provide exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Installing new HVAC systems
    • Performing routine maintenance
    • Training junior team members
    • Communicating with clients and customers
    • Ordering and maintaining equipment
    • Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
    • Understanding refrigeration cycles

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years of HVAC field experience
    • Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
    • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
    • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
