    Requirements:8+ years of experience in sales.
    Experience within the packaging manufacturing industry or related.3+ years of experience acting as a sales manager.
    Experience managing a large sales team of 6+ people.

    Summary of Position:
    The North America Sales Director will oversee a Strategic Account executive team, driving company sales growth objectives and initiatives.

    Your role entails building and leading a high-performing sales team, implementing effective technology and processes, and collaborating cross-functionally with customer service, product management, engineering, and operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

    The ideal candidate would possess a strong track record of sales leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset, demonstrating the ability to build successful teams and drive sales growth.


    Position Description:

    Lead and manage a team of Strategic Account Executives across North America to achieve company sales growth goals and objectives.

    Build and develop sales team members to ensure they have the skills and resources needed for success.
    Implement technology solutions and sales processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
    Set and track sales goals and metrics, implementing strategies to drive performance and meet targets.
    Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and development.
    Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
    This position will focus on building new accounts and nurturing existing ones to drive growth and increase revenue.
