    Position Overview


    Outpatient Cardiology NP role managing cardiac patients, follow-ups, diagnostics, and care coordination in a structured ambulatory setting with strong administrative infrastructure.

    Qualifications

    Active NY NP license
    ANCC or AANP certification

    DEA
    ≥1 year outpatient cardiology NP experience
