Description:
CTI is seeking an experienced TS/SCI polygraph cleared Software Developer (Modular Frameworks) to join our team in the Annapolis Junction area

The day-to-day:
As a Modular Framework Developer, you will be leading the development and design of a new modular framework. We are looking for a software architect to gather requirements, design, and roadmap for the development of the framework.

The qualifications (required):

Must be a US Citizen
Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Network Engineering.
Minimum of eight (08) years of experience programming in Assembly C, C#, C++, Java, Perl, and Python.
Minimum of seven (07) years of experience developing in one (01) or more of the following: Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments; Mission-applicable platforms
Minimum of six (06) years of experience with programming CNO tools and techniques.
Prior framework design and development.
Python package Management, Django, Docker, Ansible, Grafana.
Building and designing command line interface tools.
Experience gathering requirements and meeting with stakeholders
