The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis will lead our FP&A function and be responsible for all strategic and financial planning business modeling long-range forecasting budgeting management reporting.Qualifications
* 8+ years of progressive financial analysis in a complex or high growth environment* Industry experience in manufacturing distribution with international presence operating in multi-currency environment* Ability to build partnerships at all levels of leadership present to C-Level executives* Strong Business Acumen problem-solving skills ability to communicate present complex business models forecasts concise simplistic format* Adaptable succeed fast-paced ever-changing environmentAdvanced excel user manage/format large files produce ad hoc reports troubleshoot errors perform data analysisTrack record ensuring data Integrity accuracy continuous improvement financial planning processesExperience Investment banking M&A working/for PE firmEducation Bachelor's degree Finance Accounting requiredMasters/MBA/Professional certifications preferredBenefits
