    About the Role:
    Were currently looking for a

    Group Sales Manager

    that is people-minded and solutions focused. As a high-performing

    Group Sales Manager , you will assist us in meeting our group revenue growth targets by working directly with clients to plan group cruises that will range from 16 to 600 passengers and you will also manage our group space inventory.

    You will eventually build a team of agents to grow our group cruise business.


    Responsibilities:

    • Work with potential or existing group clients via inbound and outbound calls and chats
    • Answer questions about group offerings or the company
    • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
    • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
    • Go the extra mile to meet sales goals and facilitate future sales
    • Provide unsurpassed service by understanding, anticipating and exceeding customers expectations
    • Manage our companys speculative group space

    Requirements:

    • Successful previous experience in group travel, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
    • Prior Cruise Travel Industry Experience
