    00 SalaryJob ShiftDayJob CategoryManagementDescriptionThe Sr. Manufacturing Operations Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the Bulk Operations department. The position is also responsible for providing necessary methods, procedures, guidance, and supervision to the Bulk Operations area.


    Responsibilities:
    Provide direct supervision to Bulk Operations departmentMaintain an operational knowledge of all Bulk equipment and ancillary support equipmentEstablish measurable KPIs for the department and provide feedback to the department on a routine basis, as to the performance to the agreed upon KPIsInterface with all other departments as requiredLead Strategic development for process improvementsDevelop departmental goals to ensure overall department efficiency and growthBudgetary responsibility for all Bulk Operations supplies, overtime, and spare parts usageParticipate in the development of design and performance specifications for new equipment purchasesProvide resources and technical expertise in supporting the success of the development projectsEnsure the production schedule for Bulk Operations is reviewed on a routine basis and work with the planner to optimize the scheduleDevelop the maintenance program to reliably deliver the department's goalsEnsure SOPs and cGMP guidelines are followedEnsure department housekeeping meets expectationsReview and approve documentation as a subject matter expert for the department as requiredQualifications4 year degree (Engineering preferred) with a minimum of 5 years progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environmentAbility to establish priorities and meet expectations with minimal supervisionAbility to lead and develop a team-oriented working relationship within the operationExcellent communication skills with the ability to motivate department personnel
