    An HR Consulting Firm offering insurance, employee benefits, payroll, and 401K plans is looking to bring on a Senior Sales Executive that will focus on hunting new business on the West Coast to Fortune 500 and financial service companies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Hunt new business and target middle market companies and financial service companies
    • Maintain territory plans and prospect for potential customers using various direct and indirect methods.
    • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to negotiation and deal closure, and keep detailed notes on prospect and client interactions.
    • Work with a strong and family oriented sales team

    Qualifications:

    • Track record of achieving quota
    • Experience in HR consulting service industry, knowledge of employee benefits
    • 5 years of sales experience, running the entire sales cycle
