- Full-time position: 40 hours a week, with at least 32 hours for patient appointments
- On-call duties are phone-based and part of a large call group
- No obligations related to hospital work
- Initial 2-year compensation guarantee with additional bonuses based on production, quality, and value
- Time off: 160 hours per fiscal year; increases to 264 hours after the compensation guarantee period
- Annual CME stipend of $5,000 and 80 hours of dedicated time off
- Relocation assistance of up to $12,000
- Comprehensive benefits including Health, Vision, Dental, Disability coverage, Life Insurance, Retirement Plans, and Professional Liability Insurance
- Must be board certified in the relevant specialty by the American Board of Medical Specialties or Bureau for Osteopathic Specialists with a valid, unrestricted license
- Board eligibility and graduation from an ACGME or AOA accredited residency program within the last 5 years
- Fulfill all criteria set by Bellin Medical Staff
