Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

Location: Boynton Beach, Florida

Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

Boynton Beach, Florida, is looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to become part of the team, focusing on delivering speech and language services to students in the school district.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language skills.
Create personalized treatment plans for students' communication needs.
Provide speech therapy services to students individually and in groups.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to support students' development.
Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies when necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, plans, reports, and records.
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
Stay updated on research and best practices in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida.
Certification from the Florida Department of Health and Education.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
Experience in educational settings preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
