Responsibilities
- Liaison between Contract and Corporate employees
- Benefts administration including communication of beneft information
- Organize annual open enrollment Carrry out recruitment effort for all entry level external candidates Routinely use creative methods for candidate outreach Announce and conduct interviews for internal position vacancies Provide new employee orientation Administer ethics sexual harassment training programs Perform employee counseling to include addressing performance or personal concerns Ensure compliance with federal state regulations Conduct internal investigations of alleged wrongdoing Suggest options for resolution Implement resolutions Coach supervisors regarding ways to improve their communication with subordinates Work with supervisors to identify opportunities for engaging employees Monitor progress of employees with performance issues work with supervisors to ensure timely feedback to the employee Coordinates reviews submits all Federal Investigation paperwork Trained fellow HR Staff Members how to review complete submit Federal Investigation paperwork Point Contact any requests additional information investigations Review approve timesheets supervisor input Review approve deny leave requests Manage FMLA ADA accommodation usage requests Ensure Service Contract Act compliance Review invoices accuracy before submitting Customer payment Verify employment Reconcile leave accounts Plan employee events holiday gatherings award ceremonies Position Requirements U.S Citizen Valid US Driver License Authorization work US Must able pass drug screening background check Active security clearance preferred not required Minimum BS Degree SHRM Certications such as PHR SPHR preferred Minimum eight years progressive federal contractor human resource experience include experience Responsibilities listed above Demonstrated payroll processing knowledge Deltek CostPoint Fidelity experience preferred Knowledge government regulations i.e SC Davis Bacon Ability create encourage culture collaboration professionalism thriving environment teams individuals excel Experience interpreting National International regulations pertaining employment Benefts payroll Ability thrive fast paced environment Ability offer creative solutions drive initiatives closure improve quality cost process inefficiencies Strong written verbal communication skills Must able travel conduct site visits necessary VEVRAA Federal Contractor Three Saints Bay LLC subsidiaries offer team-oriented working environment opportunity work exceptional dedicated industry professionals We offer comprehensive benefits package opportunity take part exciting projects government commercial clients both domestic international We are Equal Opportunity Employer Invite resumes interested parties regard race color sex sexual preference religion creed national origin age genetic information marital veteran status disability category protected by federal state local law
