    Advanced Oxygen Therapy is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team
    Advanced Oxygen Therapy (AOTI) provides Advanced Wound Care products that utilize our patented non-invasive Topical Wound Oxygen (TWO2) therapy.

    Our innovative products can help close all wound types, and are particularly effective in chronic (diabetic, pressure, and venous ulcers) and acute (post-surgical, cosmetic, and burn) wounds.

    General Accountabilities
    Responsible directing efforts and attaining quota, expense and marketing objectives within determined geography. Developing relationships with health care personnel and developing strategy for account retention and new business development. Directs the overall operation for direct and/or channel sales, and delegates assignments to management and staff.

    Responsibilities may include the following:
    Develop and implement strategies to achieve short and long-term business objectives within assigned geography
    Effectively manage a team of direct field sales employees (Wound Care Consultants) and contracted distributors
    Utilize field visits and individual or group meetings and telephone contacts to train and develop employees in sales skills, product knowledge, teamwork, time and territory management
    Competitive knowledge, and career goals pursuits
    Communicate corporate values, mission, goals and activities
    Direct and motivate personnel to achieve quota
    Provide ongoing feedback/coaching
    Implement corrective actions when necessary
    Assist employees with Quarterly Plan and performance reviews (QPR's)
    Ensuring efficient, effective use of inventory and expenses
    Coordinate efforts with contracted distributors to maximize overall AOTI teamwork results
    Recruit and interview candidates to maintain strong personnel "bench," hire top candidates for open positions
    Provide feedback of marketing intelligence to AOTI senior management
    Performs all other duties assigned
    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree or higher level of education
    Minimum 10 years of experience in medical device or healthcare related field
    Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in medical device or healthcare related field
    Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
    Ability to develop and foster teams
    Effectively manages and resolves conflict
    Relentless customer focusMust be able to travel 50% or more as required
    Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skill
    Strong business acumen, analytical and strategic thinking required
    Capacity to manage cross functional initiatives
    Ability to take initiative and problem solve
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Ability to present oneself and the company in a professional manner
    Knowledge of applicable laws/policies/principles/etc.
    Proficient in the use of a personal computer and corresponding programs
