Job summary
The Philanthropy Associate strengthens donor engagement retention and investment at Navian Hawai. This position supports the organization's fundraising efforts through coordination execution of donor communications stewardship activities and annual giving strategies.Responsibilities
- Oversee the annual fund program including planning implementation performance tracking to achieve revenue goals
- Support annual giving stewardship strategies that encourage donor loyalty growth
- Assist with donor cultivation solicitation recognition activities through coordinated outreach follow-up stewardship execution
- Maintain accurate records activity tracking within CRM system monitors stewardship activities support data integrity reporting needs
