    Seize this great new opportunity to join our Licensing and Registrations team as a Senior Analyst and be a part of an exciting and dynamic environment where your contribution is recognized from day one.

    Reporting to the Head of Licensing and Registrations, you will join the team as a key resource for stakeholders in respect of individual and entity licensing and registration matters and work alongside regional compliance colleagues and business stakeholders, as well as global counterparts.

    What role will you play?

    You will perform the regulatory licensing, registration, and designation staff members.

    You will maintain accurate records, deliver relevant reporting, prepare and submit regulated entity filings and manage regulatory payments and allocations.

    In addition, you will assist with other information requests and various ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

    What you offer:

    2-3 years of demonstrated experience in a registrations role or investment banking, regulatory or legal environment.
    Knowledge of securities laws and financial services regulation.
    Ability to work to deadlines, independently manage varied assignments, maintain a critical focus to detail and potential risk.
    Excellent written and communication skills.
    Ability to liaise with various levels of stakeholders, including senior personnel.

    Our divisions include behavioural risk, compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk and governance, prudential risk, and Risk Management Group central.
