- Ordering supplies and equipment for Nursing department
- Assures all orders are filled accurately before processing for payment
- Sets up, gathers, and processes monthly charge sheets from the nursing units. Checks to ensure that all charges are correct and complete.
- Acts as the PM shift scheduler
- Maintain inventory and upkeep for all medical equipment and supplies
- Ensures all charges are delegated to appropriate residents
- Provides scheduling and back up scheduling support to the RCC to include establishing schedules, monitoring, and overseeing the PM schedule, responding to PM call-offs, engaging staffing coverage with current and Agency staff, and handing off staffing issues to the PM Nurse Supervisor before end of shift.
- Assist in resident care as needed
- Must be IDPH Certified Nursing Assistant or obtain CNA certification within 90 days of employment
- Must be CPR certified
- Long Term Care experience preferred
