    Job Details:
    We are currently seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented CNC Mill Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC Mill machines to produce precision parts.

    This position requires a high level of technical expertise, a strong commitment to quality, and a firm understanding of safety protocols.

    This is a permanent full-time position.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and maintain CNC programs for milling machines using Mastercam software.
    • Perform complex programming, set-up, and operation of various machine tools including mills, grinders, and lathes.
    • Design and fabricate custom holding fixtures to ensure the accurate production of parts.
    • Perform multi-axis machining on a variety of materials, primarily plastics.
    • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
    • Monitor output to identify or discard any defective parts or processes.
    • Perform regular machine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and safety.
    • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
    • Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, specifically as a CNC Mill Programmer in the manufacturing industry.
    • Proficient in Mastercam programming and other related software.
    • Extensive knowledge of machine tools, including mills, grinders, and lathes.
    • Experience with multi-axis machining and the ability to work with various materials, particularly plastics.
    • Proven ability to design and fabricate custom holding fixtures.
    • Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
    • A degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, etc.) is preferred.
