    Job Title: SAP BPC Solutions Specialist: III (Senior)

    Location: Sunfish Lake, MN

    Contract: Contract To Hire

    We are seeking a Contract to Hire SAP BPC Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be part of our fast-growing organization, supporting our Enterprise Planning and Corporate Finance departments. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently are essential.

    • What Will You Do?
    • Analyze business strategy and user needs, document specifications, and translate business objectives into system requirement specifications.
    • Assist in determining which business requirements can and should be automated and how they integrate into business and technical processes.
    • Guide business customers through developing business cases for new applications/functionality, including cost/benefit and risk/impact analysis.
    • Collaborate with BW, Development, and Integration teams to ensure effective integration between BPC and related applications.
    • Define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding.
    • Test, enhance, and provide error management functionality within assigned applications.
    • Develop test plans, test cases, perform functional testing, and ensure proper user acceptance testing.
    • Create necessary documentation following IT Methodology standards.
    • Support activities for assigned applications and ensure adequate training for supporting resources.
    • Track issues, enhancement requests, and suggest improvements for assigned applications.
    • Work with vendors on project coordination, development tasks, and issue resolution.
    • Stay informed about clients' business practices, industry trends, and provide technical solutions to enhance customer products and services.
    • Deliver new user training on supported applications as needed.
    • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
    • What is the Required Experience?
    • 7 to 10 years of Group Reporting and Business Planning & Consolidation experience, including:
    • Business process definition, requirements definition, and support of integrated business applications
    • Analysis and implementation of SAP Group Reporting and BPC solutions
    • System development methodologies and process mapping
    • What are the Preferred Qualifications?
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management Information Systems, or related field
    • Business Analyst Certification (CBAP)
    • Proficiency with case tools, MS SQL server, Visual Basic, Project, SharePoint, and Visio
    • Willingness to provide after-hours support as required
