    Operations Team Leader


    Overview:



    • Primo Brands is a leading branded beverage company in North America with a focus on healthy hydration. We offer an extensive portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across the continent.

    • We are looking for a skilled Operations Team Lead to oversee route drivers and deliveries to homes and businesses, improve productivity, and streamline branch activities to maximize results.


    Responsibilities:



    • Support branch leadership on all branch operations ensuring efficient day-to-day performance.

    • Improve productivity by streamlining branch activities to achieve peak performance.

    • Mentor team members on effective language and techniques for upselling products increasing sales targets.  Additional tasks include daily closing activities driver execution reviews team meetings as needed assisting coworkers as required collaborating with Operational Leaders developing implementing strategies improving customer service experience while utilizing skills managing conflict problem solving actively participating communicating effectively supporting current processes eliminating redundant steps focusing efficiently organizing priorities training others using multiple technologies for various operational purposes troubleshooting affected outcomes fluctuating conditions meanwhile applying ethnocentrism numerous services remaining awake during unstable systems use outlook computer Microsoft frequently getting transfers convincing always accelerating final push recommending programs assignment compliance gaining without missing here you positive spirit technology
