    Summary



    This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

    About the Position: These positions are located at Madigan Army Medical Center.

    A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized.

    Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.

    Student Loan repayment may be authorized.



    Duties

    • Provide nursing care to pediatric and adolescent patients.
    • Serve as a vital member of the interdisciplinary pediatric team whose responsibilities include observe, assess and monitor patient's condition.

    • Collaborate with the Licensed Independent Provider to make changes to patient care plans.
    • Receive patient information calls, conduct telephonic follow-up consultations and provide guidance to parents.
    • Serve as mentor, resource person and preceptor to newly assigned staff.
