    OverviewDirector, Market Operations - Value Based Care

    Position Details:
    Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
    Monday-Friday; Hours will vary.
    Must be willing to be onsite and travel in between clinic locations

    Dulys Value-Based Care organization is dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery by emphasizing quality outcomes and patient-centric approaches.

    Reporting to the Chief VBC Officer the Director VBC Market Operations is responsible for promoting initiatives that drive value-based care success.

    The Director VBC Market Operations will partner directly with physicians and clinic staff to achieve value-based care goals.
    ResponsibilitiesPerformance SuccessPartner with physicians and office staff to enable success across Value-Based care programsImplement programs that enhance patient outcomes and reduce costsChange ManagementPartner with VBC and FFS operational teams to address physician/clinic requests and challengesFoster a culture of adaptability, innovation, and continuous improvementGuide and support teams as they adopt new tools and processesProject and Program ManagementFollow through execution, and monitoring of projects and programsEnsure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standardsImplement project management best practices to maximize efficiency and effectivenessCoaching and DevelopmentOffer assistance to physicians and staff on how to deploy value-based care tools and engage with the care management teamImplement programs to build the capabilities of teams involved in transformation initiativesWork with VBC team on developing new solutions; help deploy solutions in clinicsEducate and provide resources to support staff in adapting to new processes and workflowsData-Driven Decision MakingReview metrics with physicians and staff, identifying and discussing opportunities to improveCollaborate with analytics teams to share key performance indicators and success metrics with physicians and clinic staffQualifications


    EDUCATION:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration or a related field required.
    Master's degree in Business Administration highly preferred.


    EXPERIENCE:
    Five or more years of experience working directly with physicians and clinical staff required.
    Must have experience in executing and implement initiatives within healthcare setting.
