- Knowledge and demonstration of agency core values in day-to-day activities

- Manages high volume of inbound phone calls and scheduling of intake appointments for various locations
- Coordinates with referral sources including inpatient facilities, hospitals, and other community partners to secure intake appointments within required time frames
- Conducts brief risk assessment for individuals seeking services, including linkage with the appropriate crisis department when applicable
- Works with the Department of Social Services to schedule DSS assessments
- Insurance verification for Medicaid and Commercial payors
- Completion of client financial reviews, including collection and posting of client payments
- Responding to high volume of email requests in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong ability to navigate computer programs, including Microsoft Office, internet search engines and agency's Electronic Health Record system
- Excellent customer service skills with clients and colleagues
- Excellent computer skills and use of office machines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Meticulous attention to detail; excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year work experience in work related field preferable
- Flexible availability and willing to work nights and weekends.
