Soliant Health is excited to collaborate with a renowned 400-bed teaching hospital in Los Angeles to recruit an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities
1.
Patient Care:
- Provide pharmaceutical care for ICU and organ transplant patients.
- Conduct medication reviews to ensure safe and effective therapy.
2.
Clinical Rounding:
- Participate in daily ICU rounds, advising on drug therapy and dosing adjustments.
3.
Medication Management:
- Oversee preparation, dispensing, and verification of medications.
- Perform sterile compounding with adherence to aseptic techniques.
4.
Patient Monitoring:
- Monitor patient responses to therapy and manage adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families on medication regimens.
5.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
- Work with healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
- Contribute to clinical protocols and guidelines.
