    Job Title: Guest Service Agent

    The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional guest service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and productivity. Key responsibilities include:

    • Greeting guests warmly and efficiently checking them in/out.
    • Responding promptly to all guest inquiries and resolving issues timely.
