We are expanding with a new facility on Cleveland Clinic Main Campus designed to elevate care for complex neurological conditions.
This advanced building brings every stage of care under one roof featuring dedicated spaces for outpatient services surgery stepdown ICU and epilepsy monitoring as well as additional operating rooms and expanded ambulatory infusion imaging EMG sleep and rehabilitation services.
We are welcoming new caregivers to collaborate within our multidisciplinary teams and contribute to nationally recognized innovative neurological care Join us and be part of the next wave of transformative care at Cleveland Clinic The Pharmacy Manager – Neurology Ambulatory is a key leadership role within the Main Campus Neurological Expansion supporting the launch and ongoing success of a new outpatient pharmacy built from the ground up within the Neurology department This position manages all pharmacy operations including staffing workflow optimization operational efficiency ensuring exceptional patient care service excellence A caregiver in this role will work Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pmA caregiver who excels in this role will Supervise pharmacists support staff ensures accurate timely preparation processing orders Assume responsibility safe accurate handling funds records Review interpret physician orders rationality dosage form allergies interactions etc Advise prescribing physician inconsistencies recommend alternate medications determine proper quantities prepared dispensed Provide drug information physicians nurses patients appropriate individuals etc Clarify physician orders assist investigating new alternate medications used Instruct patients individual medication therapy Enter patient medication order information into pharmacy computers facilitate dispensing Coordinate third-party prescription process accuracy patient name provider numbers product directions daily usage corresponding quantities Supervise personnel functions analyze workflow adjust scheduling needed Develop clinical documentation standards required URAC internal external regulatory groups customers Integrated team individual goals overall specialty pharmacy goals Adhere direct report payroll budget other defined Senior Director Minimum qualifications include PharmD Bachelor Science Pharmacy university accredited American Association Colleges Pharmacy Current state licensure Registered Pharmacist RPh eligible hire Completion Health-system Pharmacy Administration Leadership HSPAL PGY2 Residency or minimum years relevant experience year leadership experience For Managers Retail setting completion board pharmacy approved course immunizations required Current Basic Life Support BLS certification American Heart Association AHA Red Cross Ohio Board Pharmacy Four years pharmacy experience year leadership experience Preferred qualifications Board Certification BCACP BCPS residency training Physical Requirements Typical physical demands high degree dexterity operate personal computer work normal corrected vision sitting frequent walking Personal Protective Equipment Follows standard precautions using equipment as required Pay Range Minimum Annual Salary $118960 Maximum Annual Salary $190360 Successful candidate actual compensation determined taking factors consideration candidate work history education other pay practices shift differentials overtime value benefits package health dental vision retirement savings contributions etc Policy Cleveland Clinic Health System system hospitals provide equal opportunity caregivers applicants employment drug-free environment All offers employment followed testing controlled substances Decisions concerning employment transfers promotions best qualified candidate regard color race religion national origin age sex sexual orientation marital status ancestry disabled Vietnam era veteran characteristic protected law Information provided application shared any Cleveland Clinic Health System facility Please review Equal Employment Opportunity Poster
