- Draft pleadings, summons, complaints, notices of filings, notices of motion, and supporting affidavits.
- Prepare draft court orders.
- E-file pleadings with the court.
- Calendar hearing dates and filing deadlines.
- Organize case files.
- Draft interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admissions, and other discovery.
- Client contact to develop responses and other requests.
- Calendar discovery deadlines.
- Organize, review, and analyze documents for production.
- Prepare deposition summaries.
- Prepare and issue subpoenas.
- Manage scheduling and communication for depositions.
- Organize exhibits, documents, and evidence.
- Prepare and issue subpoenas.
- Act as liaison between clients, witnesses, experts, and the trial team.
- Critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook is a must.
- Bachelor's degree holders will be given preference, although paralegal certification is desirable.
- Prior paralegal experience of two years is preferred.

Position provides heavy client contact and the ability to hone litigation skills.
