    JOB SUMMARY

    As the IT Infrastructure and Cloud Services Manager, you will assumea pivotal role in overseeing the coordination and implementation ofcomprehensive IT projects and services within a dynamic behavioralhealth care environment.

    This role will manage the relationshipbetween The Village and its Managed Service Provider (MSP).

    Reportingdirectly to the Chief Administrative Officer and working with theleadership team, you will provide strategic guidance and overseeinternal IT staff members and external vendors, ensuring the deliveryof top-tier IT infrastructure, applications, and services aligned withthe organizations strategic goals and industry standards.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Serves as the leader of the internal IT Steering Committee,collaborating with C-level executives, leadership team and businessstakeholders to define project budgets, timelines, and successmetrics, and drive their timely and cost-effective implementation.

    Leads and supervises IT staff members and MSP vendor resources byoverseeing the implementation, delivery, and maintenance of networkinfrastructure, software systems, and the IT service desk.

    Provides 24/7 level 3 support for network and telecom systems,collaborating with MSP Infrastructure Operations to manage andresolve incidents, problems, and service requests.

    Coordinates and prioritizes resources managed by the MSP onoutsourced projects.
    Upgrades, administers, and troubleshoots existing networkinfrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, wirelessaccess points, and VPN appliances.
    Maintains and evolves The Village Cybersecurity program, includingongoing training and provide recommendations to the IT Steering Committee.
    Participates in disaster recovery and business continuity planningand testing.
    Develops and manages policies and procedures for infrastructureupgrades, hardware/software lifecycle management, IT servicemanagement, end-user systems and technology training.

    Spearheads The Village risk management efforts, identifying andmitigating potential risks across our operations and enablingstrategic decision-making to safeguard organizational data.

    Provides direct supervision to IT staff, including time andreporting management, performance evaluations, and opportunities forcareer development.
    Undertake on-call duties and after-hours work as necessary.
    Experience and Skills


    EDUCATION
    Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience, or 10+ years ofexperience in related IT areas required.

    EXPERIENCE
    The successful candidate will have 3+ years of staff supervision,preferably in healthcare or a non-profit setting.
    Demonstrated ability for rapid on-the-job learning and seamlessadaptation in a constantly changing environment.
    Knowledge of IT contracting, budgeting, and managing outsourced resources.

    Expertise in implementing and maintaining security principles andbest practices within a Windows-centric environment, includingaccess controls, security audits, endpoint security solutions, andensuring compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA and FERPA.

    Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack fromfine-tuning Active Directory/Entra to integrating and optimizingservices like Autopilot, BitLocker, Intune and beyond.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with theability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
    Ability to lead equitably and influence others, fostering aculture of professionalism and integrity.
    Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT developments and adherenceto The Village's Code of Conduct principles is expected.
