    General DescriptionThe Senior Program Manager, will be a key member of Parametric's technology team. The mandate is to build a best in class platform to support the future of the firm. This role will work across multiple technology stacks and be chiefly responsible for structuring, planning, and executing a highly visible set of technical solutions that form the foundation of the new platform.

    The Senior Program Manager, will bring engineering, business objectives, and best-of-breed technologies together and play a critical role in leading initiatives through needs analysis, iterative implementation of solutions, and measuring impact of those solutions as we deliver on our ambitious vision.

    This role is highly cross-functional and will require a strategic thinker comfortable with ensuring cross-departmental alignment; building tools, processes, and capacity to achieve the organization's goals.

    In addition to managing programs, the Senior Program Manager will be responsible for defining, scoping, estimating, and structuring enterprise initiatives that have significant complexity, are high risk, and are visible across PPA and the broader Morgan Stanley organization.

    The Senior Program Manager will be able to act independently and with a high degree of autonomy in defining and managing these efforts.

    The Senior Program Manager will be skilled at identifying and communicating dependencies within and across a dynamic portfolio of work.

    This resource must display expert abilities in written and verbal communications and be relied upon to manage executive level communications independently.

    The position will report to the Managing Director, Process Resilience and Execution but will be closely partnered with key Managing Directors across technology, the firm's CTO and function in alignment with the Project Management office.

    The Senior Program Manager may act as a mentor to other project managers aligned to technical pillars.

    Primary ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business and technology partners to deliver comprehensive roadmaps for Parametric's strategic initiativesPartner with work stream leads, Product Management, PPA leadership teams to create and refine program, roadmap, implementation plans, and trackingIntegrate with disparate technology teams to design, implement, and deliver portfolio of applications and services to enhance the Client ExperienceManage implementation activities for concurrent work-streamsTranslate business use cases into functional specifications and work with team leads on work-breakdownDevelop and track KPIs and project success metricsEnsure consistency with and application of PMO standards, processes, and controls throughout and across programs#J-18808-Ljbffr
