    Key Responsibilities for HR Generalist:

    1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
      • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
      • Source candidates through various channels and coordinate the recruitment process.
      • Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and facilitate the selection process.
      • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
    2. Employee Relations:
      • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
      • Assist in resolving employee relations issues through investigation and mediation.
      • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
      • Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
    3. Performance Management:
      • Administer performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and employees.
      • Assist in identifying training and development needs and coordinate training programs.
      • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to facilitate professional growth.
    4. Benefits Administration:
      • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
      • Coordinate with benefits providers and ensure accurate administration of employee benefits.
      • Manage FMLA, ADA, and other leave programs in compliance with relevant regulations.
    5. HR Compliance:
      • Stay abreast of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
      • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
      • Support audits and investigations as needed.

    Qualifications for HR Generalist:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 3+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR generalist functions.
    • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
    • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
