    We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Solar Installer. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar energy systems. You will work closely with our team to ensure the successful implementation of solar projects, contributing to the growth of renewable energy adoption and sustainability efforts.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Installation: Perform the installation of solar panels, inverters, mounting hardware, and associated electrical components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
    2. Site Assessment: Conduct site assessments to evaluate the feasibility of solar installations, considering factors such as shading, roof condition, and structural integrity.
    3. Electrical Wiring: Install and connect wiring for solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
    4. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with solar energy systems, including electrical, mechanical, and communication components.
    5. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on solar installations, such as cleaning panels, checking connections, and inspecting system performance.
    6. Documentation: Complete installation reports, inspection forms, and other documentation accurately and promptly.
    7. Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, provide updates on project progress, and ensure satisfaction with the installation process.
    8. Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

    Requirements:

    1. Experience: Previous experience in solar installation or a related field is required.
    2. Skills: Proficiency in electrical wiring, construction techniques, and hand/power tools. Familiarity with solar PV systems and components is necessary.
    3. Physical Fitness: Ability to perform tasks that require physical strength and stamina, including lifting heavy equipment and working at heights.
    4. Team Player: Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for collaborating effectively with colleagues and interacting with clients.
    5. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find practical solutions in a dynamic work environment.
    6. Driving License: A valid driver's license is required for traveling to job sites and transporting equipment.
