- Acts as on-site supervisor to Women's Health Department
- Assures adherence and maintenance of all protocols and policies
- Maintains timecard system, staff schedules and maintains clinic and hospital schedules; ensures patient schedules in the patient management system are maintained to maximize patient access.
- Oversees intake procedures and patient flow.
- Quality assurance and quality improvement e.g., clinic workflows and standards of care adherence, clinical quality metrics, safety zone follow-up.
- Collaborates with Director of Operations to ensure proper quality assurance and compliance standards and requirements standards and requirements e.g., safety zone, state, or federal audits/site visits.
- Assigns and coordinates follow-up on billing errors or issues.
- Maintains proper supply ordering and inventory management.
- Responsible for equipment maintenance.
- Leads department meetings and participates in management groups/meetings
- Monitors and manages patient questions and complaints including monitoring patient satisfaction survey feedback and action plans.
- Directly supervises all staff in the Women's Health Department.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include: interviewing, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

- At least two years' experience in the women's health field.
- RN, LPN or MA certification required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate skills in a variety of software programs to include Microsoft products, current practice management system, and electronic medical record.
- Skill with patients in lower socio-economic sectors of the community. Ability to speak Spanish desirable.
