The Registered Nurse is tasked with providing daily care, addressing health needs, ensuring safety, and offering comfort to residents.
This involves conducting professional assessments, maintaining accurate health records, overseeing nursing units, and collaborating with staff.
Participating in resident care plan development and execution, updating nursing care plans, documenting progress, and recommending revisions as per facility policies;Conducting regular monitoring visits to observe residents' conditions;
Performing nursing procedures in coordination with physicians and families to ensure residents' well-being;
Providing emotional support to residents and families, managing complaints, and responding to incidents;
Handling medical record documentation, report generation, narcotic counts, and medication management;
Ensuring proper maintenance of resident medical records.
