Position:
Technical Project Manager ( End to End OR SDLC )
Location:
Sunrise, FL ( Onsite from day 1 )
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Key Responsibilities
Work across a wide range of strategic initiatives to help ensure objectives of the area are attained
Lead key colleague initiatives, including processes for organizational effectiveness and completion of requirements across the team
Play a key role in driving the goals of the team
Identify and track key project achievements
Attend team meetings and record meeting minutes
Provide planning and coordination support, including project management, analytical support, and support of critical initiatives as required, including supervising progress against key priorities
Support the development and execution of internal communications and logistics for key events, business updates, and other activities, including accountability for organizing town halls
Strong communicator with a results-driven mindset
Develop communication materials, presentations, and analytics for town halls/meetings
Prepare and present executive-level dashboards, reports and metrics
Proactively develop a strong network and working relationships with various constituents across the company to accomplish tasks on behalf of the team
Balance the management of day-to-day business priorities along with long-term strategic imperatives
Promote open roles through company networks, LinkedIn, etc. and support hiring leaders with job postings as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Impeccable time management and multi-tasking skills
Ability to exercise sound judgment, solve problems, act independently, and be resourceful with the ability to maintain composure under pressure
Experienced with project coordinating and management
Able to produce innovative, creative, and impactful presentations for all levels of leadership with exceptional MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presence, with experience translating complex information and requirements into clear and defined tasks
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with excellent organization skills and careful attention to detail
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
Ability to learn quickly and work proactively with minimal direction
Be innovative and have a collaborative approach to problem-solving and overcoming barriers
Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across departmental and geographic boundaries
Strong sense of integrity and ability to deal with issues and subject matter that require considerable sensitivity, discretion, and judgment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Confluence, Jive, and SharePoint are a plus.
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
