Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and repairs, including painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical systems, mechanical systems, HVAC,
and grounds maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with property managers,
vendors,
and customers.
Lift,
push,
or pull a minimum of 50 lbs,
aup to 75 lbs,and perform activities such as walking,bending,and stretching during shifts.
