    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an exceptional Senior Art Director to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creative skills, a relentless desire to create compelling content across various mediums, and experience in art direction and creative leadership.

    The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building out integrated campaigns, strong strategic vision, and the ability to align creative work with brand goals. Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, product packaging design, and in-store displays is also required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Provide high-level creative output and oversight for all projects (digital, print, packaging, retail signage, merch, experiential, tradeshows)
    2. Ideate campaign concepts for photo/video shoots
    3. Work with agencies, contractors, partners on behalf of the brand
    4. Guide and mentor current creative team, fostering a culture of learning and development
    5. Contribute to the ideation and implementation of high-level concepts, enhancing the overall quality of our creative output
    6. Evaluate project timelines and communicate clearly to channel leaders

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years as an Art Director
    • Extensive experience in art direction and creative leadership
    • Proven experience building out integrated campaigns
    • Strong strategic vision and the ability to align creative work with brand goals
    • Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite
    • Expertise in product packaging design and in-store displays

    Estimated Salary:

    $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
