What You'll Do

  • Act as the company's employee relations expert leading complex investigations resolving high-risk matters and partnering with legal on EEOC compliance issues Support elevate hourly workforce by building scalable frontline-focused ER programs Lead mentor regional HR Managers across multiple markets states Own optimize performance management recognition programs driving engagement accountability Be HRIS point person developing dashboards reporting trends driving data-informed decisions Identify lead process improvements special projects strategic HR initiatives Manage key vendor relationships tied employee relations tools systems recognition programs Travel field locations provide in-person support training partnership What You Bring 8+ years progressive HR experience employee relations frontline workforce managing sensitive investigations collaborating legal high-risk situations Proficiency UKG ADP especially for reporting metrics Strong analytical skills data-driven mindset Excellent communication facilitation coaching skills Ability travel up to 15% markets field locations Why You'll Love Being MedSpeeder You be part of mission-driven values employees front lines Work directly measurable impact employee experience retention engagement Join collaborative innovative continuous improvement medspeders enjoy full benefits positive team-oriented culture trust transparency
