    Are You Our Next Hero? - What It Takes:

    • Bachelor's degree in nursing (a Master's? Even better).
    • At least 3-5 years of leadership experience in a pediatric or neonatal ICU.
    • Current Texas RN license, armed with BLS and PALS certifications.
