Job Summary
The Senior Counselor provides direct services/case management/coordination of care to an assigned caseload of young children (0-5) and their caregivers. The team strengthens caregiver-child relationships, enhances understanding of the meaning of child's behavior, and provides developmental guidance.Responsibilities
- Assess family needs and connect them to community-based services.
- Facilitates ongoing communication and advocacy between the family, DCF, school, probation and any other involved supports or service providers.
