- We prefer that you hold a Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, CSCS, ISSA, NCCPT, NCSF, ACE, etc. OR a BA in Kinesiology or Exercise Science)
- Experience as a personal trainer or conducting small group training sessions
- Experience in fitness related sales
- Excellent communication, time management, organizational and relationship-building skills
- Computer literacy
- Evening and weekends hours are required
- MindBody experience preferred
- Tech savvy - we utilize the latest in fitness technology and programming

Job DescriptionNOW HIRING: Head Coach and Personal Trainers up to $65,000.00 PLUS BENEFITS.
STUDIO ADDRESS: 5053 W. 119th St. Overland Park, KS 66209
FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY: FULL TIME AND PART-TIME positions are available at our studio at this time. Ideally, we are looking for a Head Coach and 2 Part-Time Coaches as we prepare for our grand opening.
YOU WILL LAUNCH A BRAND NEW STUDIO: The Alloy Overland Park location is the first Alloy in Kansas City and is preparing for a grand opening planned September/October. This is the one of 3 studios planned in Kansas City at this time. There are realistic opportunities for growth as we expand in the market.
HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: The ideal match could coach between 24-30 hours per week. You'll be helping lead our team in sessions and new sales. The ultimate goal will be to open the studio with 140 members or more. The perfect match will have on-the-floor skills and will be able to do local grassroots campaigns and community events.
BENEFITS INCLUDE:

You will be an instrumental part of the studio while you drive ongoing membership sales, retention, hiring, team training & development. As the Head Coach, you'll spend roughly 30 hours a week conducting small group personal training sessions in our studio. The rest of your hours will be spent on sales, retention and staff training.
