- Assists or design plans for security or HVAC workstation replacement which includes: upgrading, installation, interruption mitigation andlogistic planning.
- Communicates and assists in resolvingmaintenance and security system software direction and standards for all department divisions to ensure the functionality of the department's systems with the state network or standalone systems by working with IBTB, the network operations manager, and teams of department personnel.This includes proper selection of software drivers, memory configurations, and protocol stack setup.
- Is responsible for the supervision and training of an inmate work force.
