    Description

    Our team continues to grow, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality sales and possess strong leadership skills. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing strategic marketing initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of Sales and Marketing experience in a luxury hotel environment.
    • Knowledge of Envision Sales and other Hyatt systems is preferred.
    • Self-motivated, well organized and detail orientated, and ability to work within a strong team environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business management is preferred.
    • Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to travel for tradeshows, conferences, and development.

    Duties:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
    • Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion
    • Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
    • Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and partnerships
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
