Job summary
This job is responsible for providing leadership and technical direction to a team delivering technology solutions.The Feature Lead role is expected to provide oversight of the design implementation and maintenance of complex computer programs align technical solutions to business objectives and ensure that coding practices/quality comply with software development standards.
Key responsibilities include conducting multiple software implementations applying both depth and breadth in knowledge of several technical competencies designing developing and being accountable for feature delivery ensuring solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt guiding the team on work breakdown execution working with the Product Owner to ensure that product backlog/requirements are healthy with clear acceptance criteria playing a team lead role mentoring the team leading an engineering team consisting of software/quality engineers business analysts developing deploying services in AWS cloud collaborating stakeholders understanding requirements designing scalable fault tolerant performant secure solution leading low-level technical design ensuring overall code quality conducting code reviews maintaining high development standards deployment readiness performance optimization addressing database tasks smooth delivery continuously improving efficiency throughput proper prioritization planning work breakdown reducing rework managing defects collaborating developers testers business analysts timely resolution successful release delivery.
