QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

San Luis Obispo law firm specializing in estate planning, probate, and trust litigation is hiring an experienced attorney, contract attorney, or paralegal. Successful candidates should possess the following:

• Paralegal certificate or license to practice law in California
• 3 or more years of experience in Trusts and Estates, particularly handling probate matters
• Knowledge of litigation with some experience in Trust and Estate litigation
• Willingness and ability to work independently while contributing to a small, experienced team
• Ability to communicate well with clients
• Superior writing and research skills
• Enthusiasm for the practice of law and a positive attitude/outlook
• Ties to or an interest in living in San Luis Obispo are preferred
