We are seeking an Entry Level Healthcare Event Associate to join our team An Entry Level Healthcare Event Associate member will be responsible for setting up, organizing, and executing special promotional events.

Entry Level Healthcare Brand Ambassador Applicant Qualifications for Employment:

1. Full time availability
2. Background check to be given before start of work
3. Previous experience in event planning or other related fields is welcomed
4. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but Spanish is NOT required
5. Ready to work now
6. Deadline and detail-oriented
7. Strong project managing skills
8. Ability to work well in teams

Entry Level Healthcare Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

1. Calculate and propose budgets for planned events or meetings
2. Maintain sales records of customer registrations
3. Coordinate all event activities and personnel
4. Research and identify successful event opportunities
5. Distribute all meeting information and supplies to attending personnel
6. Register customers throughout event
