Experienced Server
Ocean Sushi Ramen is a locally owned sushi and ramen restaurant known for our loyal regulars and strong team environment. We're looking to hire an experienced, dependable server to join our front-of-house team for both daytime and evening shifts.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high energy setting, communicates well with coworkers, and takes pride in delivering consistent, professional service.
Position Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide attentive, friendly service from start to finish
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Guide guests through the menu and confidently answer questions
- Inform tables of daily specials or featured items
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service stations
- Collaborate closely with hosts, bartenders, bussers, and kitchen staff
- Process cash and credit card payments accurately
Qualifications
- Prior serving experience in a full-service restaurant is required
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Open availability for both lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends and holidays
