Responds to investigates and provides guidance on misdemeanor and felony violations of federal state tribal laws conducts comprehensive criminal investigations including processing crime scenes by photographing collecting preserving documenting physical evidence producing accurate scene diagrams interviews victims witnesses suspects conducts follow-up investigations until all viable leads are exhausted prepares detailed investigative reports affidavits for search warrants criminal complaints case documentation presents completed cases for prosecution provides investigative support throughout the judicial process maintains professional standards confidentiality adherence to all applicable legal procedural requirements performs on-call duties responds to critical incidents including death investigations as requiredQualifications
