- Educate and coach customers on best practices for using OPENLANE products and services.
- Identify, research, and resolve technical and end-user application failures and deficiencies.
- Document all research and customer interactions in Salesforce (CRM) to ensure product reliability.
- Serving as the primary point of contact between OPENLANE’s customers worldwide via multiple channels including telephone calls,
personal meetings over video conferencing tools such as Zoom etc.,and emails written replies
in relation communication standards set up within company-wide procedures so there is consistency amongst staff members alike;,
