    Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    Full-Time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Waynesboro, PA

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct virtual speech and language therapy services to students with various communication disorders.
    • Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
    • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills within the virtual learning environment.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and student outcomes.
    • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input for developing goals and objectives.
    • Work closely with other members of the special education team to ensure comprehensive support for students.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Active license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Pennsylvania.
    • Teaching certificate in addition to SLP license.
    • Previous experience working as an SLP in a school setting is preferred.
    • Experience with virtual therapy platforms and technology is a plus.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and collaborate with team members remotely.
