The Manager-Global Travel Sourcing is responsible for sourcing of air ground transportation and hotel by leading negotiations supplier management and cost-optimization strategies across all brands for guest crew and corporate travel.
Qualifications
- Must demonstrate strong commercial acumen analytical capability exceptional verbal written communication skills problem-solving ability attention to detail self-motivated entrepreneurial approach experience in strategic sourcing corporate travel or cruise industry operations highly preferred familiarity with hotel RFP platforms duty-of-care standards third-party ground transportation compliance requirements essential direct experience negotiating airlines DMCs transportation aggregators hotel chains independent properties global markets proficiency Microsoft Office applications advanced expertise Excel Power BI data-driven sourcing spend analysis supplier performance reporting strongly preferred ability work GDS platforms Sabre Amadeus support air sourcing fare analysis operational alignment working knowledge hotel RFP platforms mobility vendor management systems procurement sourcing contracting tools Coupa Ariba Oracle similar power BI data models interpret dashboards basic DAX-driven metrics development required comfort enterprise data sources forecasting tools spend analytics systems negotiation strategy category planning
