We Are Seeking a Full-time LPN To Join The Team; However, We Would Also Consider a Candidate Who Wanted To Work Hours.
While Most Of Your Time Will Be Spent Working In Waltham Weston Wayland And Sudbury The Entire Team Also Support Various Territories

The desired schedule is Monday through Friday Anticipated daily volume is 6-7 visits per day plus chart review visit preparation documentation care coordination.
